- 1920 – Rockford Noon Club was formed. The First Lions Club in Multiple District 1D
- 1925 – Helen Keller spoke to the Lions and they voted to be knights of the Blind and Deaf
- 1947 – Established a relationship with our sister city in Sweden
- 1950 – Built and funded the Sinnissippi Band Shelter
- 1954 – The first Rose Day
- 1962 – Opened the Winnebago Center for the Blind. Is known as the house that roses built.
- 1969 – Asked District 1D Lions to join us in supporting the Center for Sight & Hearing.
- 1970 – Built handicap fishing pier at Pierce Lake
- 1972 – Built shelter house at Pierce Lake
- 1978 – Built Lions Park at Rock Cut State park
- 2003 – Sponsored reception area for Center for Sigt & Hearing’s new building
